One day Lulu was going to go visit her friend Sally. She decided to take the subway train. When Lulu was going into the subway station, she saw somebody with a bicycle, and Lulu wondered why they were bringing a bicycle onto the train, instead of riding the bicycle on the street.
Lulu asked the person why they were bringing their bike to the subway train. The person said that it was faster to ride the train, but that when they go back home later they’ll ride the bicycle. Then Lulu decided that she would do the same thing. And Lulu left the train station and went back home.
She got her bicycle, and took it onto the subway train. When she arrived at her friend Sally’s home, Sally asked Lulu how she got there so quick on her bicycle. Lulu said she didn’t ride her bicycle, because she took the bicycle on the train. Sally laughed and said that was a good idea, because the train is faster. And Lulu said that she will ride the bicycle back home later.
Then Lulu and Sally decided to bake some cookies. They got all the ingredients out, and started to mix it all together. They were making oatmeal raisin cookies. But then they noticed that they didn’t have any raisins. Sally didn’t know what to do, but Lulu had an idea.
Because Lulu brought her bicycle, she could quickly ride to a store nearby and buy some raisins to put into the cookie mix. Sally smiled and said that would be great. Then Lulu got on her bicycle and rode to the store. She found a small box of raisins at the store, and then rode back to Sally’s place.
Sally was glad that Lulu had brought her bicycle so that she could ride quickly to the store to get the raisins. They added the raisins to the oatmeal mix. And then they put the cookie batter on a cookie tray, and put that in the oven. They waited while the oven baked the cookies.
When it was done, they took the tray of cookies out of the oven and let it cool down. Then they ate some fresh oatmeal raisin cookies, which were a lot better than just oatmeal cookies without the raisins. Then it was time for Lulu to go back home. Before Lulu left, Sally gave her some cookies to take to her parents.
Sally put three cookies into a ziplock bag. Lulu took the ziplock bag and thanked Sally. She got on her bicycle and started going home. Halfway there Lulu became tired, and she decided that she would ride the subway the rest of the way home. And once again Lulu brought her bicycle down into a subway station nearby, and got on a subway train with her bicycle.
When she got home she put her bicycle away, and decided that next time she wouldn’t bring her bicycle on the train in the evening, because it was very crowded on the train. And it was difficult to stand in the train full of people, and also hold a bicycle. When Lulu arrived at home it was time for dinner.
While her parents were making dinner, Lulu surprised them with some cookies she baked with Sally. Lulu and her parents each ate an oatmeal raisin cookie. Then they were ready for dinner. After dinner, Lulu drew a picture of the oatmeal raisin cookies.
She drew a rectangle to be the tray. And in the rectangle she drew some circles as the cookies. And she drew some dots inside the circles to be the raisins. Then Lulu drew herself and Sally holding the tray. After finishing the drawing, Lulu brushed her teeth and got ready for bed. She laid down, and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
